Went in today asking questions about the columnaris I was given from the Petco down the road. The cashier was able to not only help me get the right medicine, but he told me how to use it, advised me on other ways to help my fish and all around was just awesome! I will never go to Petco/petmsart again! Only Burton's!

I REALLY like this store 4 my dog food. I buy my chiwawa grain free food and its a healthy brand 4 her and at such a reasonable price and I was able 2 meet Mr. BURTON himself n was a very nice man as well as very helpful and extreamly knowledged on his brands and whats in each brand.

I started going to this Burton's Total Pet location because the one that I use to go to in monroeville closed. I must admit that I have went to other pet stores closer to my home but none of them sells bird food in bulk. If you have a bird you know they like variety in their diet. Burton's Total Pet is the place to go for a little of this and a little of that when buying bird food.

I frequently shop at this store. I find the employees to be friendly and very helpful. They carry many dog food brands that are difficult to find. I am always offered help taking my purchases to my car. I don't have one bad word to say about the place!

Only place that carries the rats I need for my snakes. VERY REPTILE FRIENDLY STORE. WILL BE BACK. I drove an hour and a half to be here, well worth my trip! The cashier on April sixth Tuesday at about 1:30 was absolutely fantastic.
